A Webshots picture inspired this image: a dark-colored horse with a creamy contrasting mane. Both horse outlines came from Webshots pictures.

Both horses are cut from shiny satin, with tails and manes flowing free, made from unraveled satin cord. The tree on the left is of the same material as in the mats, and the autumnal foliage on the right was from scraps from a shirt I had made for myself. The fence material was bought in India, and my husband Curt has a shirt made from it.
