Though I was not originally thinking of Fuji when I made this, I have been to Japan and seen that mountain. The name fits! The fabric which forms the beach as well as the mountain is one I bought many years ago, loving its swirls, but I have never used it in clothing. I believe I once made a pair of pajamas from the flower material to wear in the hospital after our eldest son Adrian was born. The foliage on the right has a background gradation from blue to green, and I used that later in Free Spirits.

This is possibly the most abstract of any of my collage works.
