Although I did not learn this until years after she was gone, my grandmother worked as a milliner, decorating and selling hats, in Boston back when my mother was growing up. Mom once told me her mother was upset because her own daughter thought nothing of going out without a hat! Now I wear hats in winter, for warmth, and have been making my own for years, so check out the knitted hats to see what might fit your style! |

Do you need a summer hat to keep the rays off? Look at my sun hats; there aren't so many of these, but I'm happy to make one to your specifications! | |
| And then there are the cloche hats I have crocheted out of cotton yarns, suitable for women's and girls' yamulkes, or as a pretty accent. | ![]() | |
My Gallery of Hats are those that have found the head meant for them! While I cannot promise an exact duplicate, tell me if you'd like me to make you a similar hat.
