Description
This year, my quilt guild, Marathon Quilters, put out a challenge to pick a crayon, and use that color along with black and white, for a quilt. My color was orange, and I knew that I wanted to avoid a Halloween scene. I filled my bag with a variety of orange fabrics, and various black and white prints, and they came together in my Garden in Orange. The background is a solid orange overlaid with a thin black sparkly fabric. The fence is cut from lace removed from a Mexican blouse that was too long for me.
