Autumn Tree

A tree with big bright brown leaves, glittering with beads, set off by a brilliant sky, and standing within a garden of fantastic shrubbery and flowers! I keep coming back to trees, recognizable as such but each with its own style. This piece combines some batik fabrics with cotton quilting fabric and a textured light rayon piece for the sky, and a tracery of beads which catch the light, both in the tree and in the striped foliage on each side of the tree.
